In my third commission for the art festival 'Art Bac! IV Edition' at CCCB in Barcelona, I used the idea of contemporary icons to portray my spiritual journey from darkness into light, to again create an immersive art experience with and for the audience: The Icons were brought to life through a performance during which each Saint expresses its gist through dance and movement. Later the paintings were exhibited individually for an extended period in a diûerent area of the building.

In my Saints Art Project I wanted to provide stimulation during the show through experimentation and to embrace other disciplines which could be both visually and intellectually stimulating, and all these disciplines together could be an interactive source of inspiration, joy and connective experience. The reaction of the audience indicated that they found this to be a profound experience.
