Intro
My exhibitions trace a journey across painting, performance, and inner transformation.
After a decade dedicated to research and developing my Art-Mindset Methodology through Zen, meditation and Shri Vivek Yoga practices under Shri Guruji Swami Vivekananda, I returned to painting and exhibiting with a renewed focus on sensory engagement of my Innovative Painting Manifesto and performative sensory expression.

Zen Artwork Period
2007–2017
• During this period I retired from public exhibitions to focus on personal and spiritual growth. I developed my Art-Mindset Methodology, inspired by Zen, meditation and the teachings of the Shri Vivek Yoga School under Shri Guruji Swami Vivekananda.
This decade profoundly transformed my creative process, uniting inner balance with artistic practice and helping others find their own “Zen Artwork.”
