The Artist's Head

Faceless Triptych No.2 — Subject

Available - Enquire

80cm H x 60cm W

acrylic and mixed media on canvas

The Artist's Head, the second work in the Faceless Triptych, represents the subject as researcher. Positioned between Circumstance and Object, it embodies the consciousness that questions how identity is formed, perceived and transformed through painting. The face dissolves into a dynamic field of biomorphic forms and chromatic movement, suggesting that the act of research itself is fluid rather than fixed. Rather than depicting a portrait, the work presents the mind as an evolving site of enquiry from which the triptych's central questions emerge.
